Template code folding setting not respected

Hi there,

I've just been playing around with the CLion customization options and wanted to disable template code folding. It is now unchecked in Preferences - Editor - General - Code Folding, but in the editor template declarations above functions are still folded. I'd really rather this not happen. Is this the expected behaviour?
