How can I get more out of this quick doc popup?

Hi,

Please see attached image. Im using pyside and constantly need to go to online docs to get what are the arguments required for given function. Is it possible to get some more info in this nice little popup ? Like arguments and function description.

Im fairly new to pycharm and python, not sure whats possible and what are the common workflows.
