How can I change the "Create test" defaults in PyCharm 2017?

I would like to be able to customize the "create test" defaults. Is this possible? Also, is it possible that, if the file is already created, that subsequent "create test" actions will automatically bypass the "create test" dialog and just go to the code?

It's not possible yet, please vote for https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-15021 to increase its priority and be notified about updates.
