Dartium not connecting
I'm using IntelliJ with the JetBrains IDE Support extension for Dartium on Mac OS.
When I launch from debug, Chromium launches, but then IntelliJ can't seem to make a connection. I get an warning message in IntelliJ
"Waiting for connection from JetBrains IDE Support extension for Dartium. Please ensure you have installed the extension and IDE port configured (current port 63343), or see Help."
Sometimes if I restart my system the connection works. Any thoughts on what might be stopping the connection between IntelliJ and Chromium (Dartium)?

Do you have any other JetBrains IDEs installed/running? Please recreate the issue and provide your idea.log (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241085-Locating-IDE-log-files) and Chrome extension console content (see http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/WI/LiveEdit, How do I know what's wrong? for details).
