"Salesforce account is not specified"

I suddenly started getting this ribbon over the editor with "Salesforce account is not specified" message. It's appearing for multiple file types (sql, bash, markdown). I'm not using Salesforce, not really interested either. How can I turn it off?

Thank you, that solved my problem! But I also don't remember installing that plugin, and I have installed everything only weeks ago.
The above link tells me I don't have permission to view, but the mention of a plugin gave me a hint. I was seeing this whenevr I opened a Dockerfile. Uninstalling "[JedIDE] Plugin for handy Force.com development" resolved my issue.
I also don't recall installing it, so not sure how it got there!
PyCharm Settings > Plugins > Custom > JedIDE(disable or uninstall)
