Php storm 2017.2 breadscrumb
Oh noooooo....in new breadscrumb i cant choose html tag by right click mouse....i must use shift + click :( and i loved breadscrumb uppercase and bordered....its step back :(

You can change the placement either from Settings\Preferences | Editor | General | Breadcrumbs or by right clicking at breadcrumbs area > Breadcrumbs > select Top or Bottom.
For me Shift+click is expected as we select every other thing with Shift key too. However it would be great if you could submit the feature request regarding this behavior and another one regarding breadcrumbs look to our tracking system here: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA#newissue=yes. You will be able to receive the answer directly from our developers while other users will be able to write their opinion of your proposal.
UPD: Request for breadcrumbs font size is already here: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-176301. Please vote for it.
