Unhinging appearance and editor color scheme

Answered

When I was changing my editor color scheme, it asked me if I wanted to change the interface appearance as well. I clicked on yes and "Don't ask again". But now I want the default appearance and the darcula color scheme. How do I unhinge the connection between them?

Thanks in advance!

Hello! Please, exit PyCharm, go to your config directory (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/206544519-Directories-used-by-the-IDE-to-store-settings-caches-plugins-and-logs) and remove ...\.PyCharmXX\config\options.xml file. After that start PyCharm again.

Please note that you can change Editor theme in Settings(Preferences for OS X)| Editor| Color scheme, and IDE appearance in Settings(Preferences for OS X)| Appearance&Behavior| Appearance.
