Why I have no "Run/Debug Configurations"

Hi

I am running pyCharm Edu 3.5.1.

I just need to set some arguments to my python code before I run it. Every where says do it in "Run/Debug Configurations", but I cannot find any ??!! There is no RUN menu.

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

PyCharm EDU is an Edition with limited UI options. You can access Run/Debug configurations menu via Help| Find action| Type "Edit configurations".
