Screen 'Merge revisions for...' and hotkeys

Is available hotkeys for 'accept' and 'ignore' actions?
For example, I goto specific line where can accept or ignore changes and then press some keys to accept or ignore it.

Yes, you can.
Go to the Settings - Keymap | Version control systems - Diff & Merge
Look for Accept left/right and Ignore left/right entries.
