Rubymine deployment to Heroku not working

This is really tedious, I bought Rubymine because I thought it would be easy to use as a means of deploying to a cloud hosted server, but the heroku integration isn't working, and I can't seem to get any help.

pretty much any time I try to access Heroku, whether uploading my private key or attempting to deploy I get an "Unknown error.."statuscode 400" "Please specify a version along with Heroku's API MIME type"

This was on a brand new install of Rubymine a couple of days ago on brand new Heroku account.

Deployment to Heroku via the command line appears to work, so it looks like its some configuration problem within Rubymine itself.
