find or replace in path visual options gone

If you look at #3 on  https://www.jetbrains.com/help/webstorm/finding-and-replacing-text-in-project.html it shows 2 images, both having to do with the results of a find in path: the second is similar to the first except it has a number of visual options, a down arrow for find next result, an up arrow for find previous result, and several others.  After upgrading to 2017.2 these visual options are gone, the results just look at the top image.  How do I get them back?  -- thanks

the pictures in help are taken in 2017.2, and match actual Find in path view... You probably miss the highlighted part, right?

to get it, you need hitting Ctrl+F in Preview window - same shortcut as you normally use when searching in current file

I found that the visual options appear when I am searching on typescript/javascript.  The file that started this issue  contains sql scripts, and the options dont appear there.  Im certain it did in the past.  Are there some plugins I need to download?  I REALLY, REALLY need this functionality. -- thanks

so, is the issue specific to one certain file? Can you attach it then?

Different projects, so different sql scripts
I see how to attach images, but I have a zip with an image and the sql script  How do I attach it?

Im not comfortable doing that.  However, I created a simple sql file with the text at the bottom, and tried to find "v.".  If I perform a "find" the visual options appear; if I perform a "find in path" they do not.

select v.firstname, v.lastname from user v where v.userid=234;

works for me - search in path for 'v', select the found occurrence, in preview hit Ctrl+F, enter the search string:

Is it possible to download earlier (such as late 2016) versions of webstorm? I think there is some confusion as to what I am referring to.

Previous releases can be downloaded at https://www.jetbrains.com/webstorm/download/previous.html

I, too, think that there is some misunderstanding. May be, you can shed some light on what you are referring to? Some screenshots may be helpful. Otherwise, it all looks like wasting of time
