CLion for NXP Kinetis / STM32 development

I am new to Clion coming form Eclipse.

Since the online resources on setting up Clion for different architectures are rather sparse, I was wondering if there is any info on how to set it up for NXP Kinetis development?

I'm also interested in some STM32 development using CubeMX but couldn't seem to get it to work and was unable to find any info.
