Find in file ends up in Find File

So I search for a Filename (FindFile ) (Ctrl+Shift+N), then I search for a word ('stock') in the file, then I go back to FindFile (Ctrl+Shift+N) and it replaces the file I had searched for with the word ('stock') I had searched for in the file. Very irritating. And there is no history option either (nor is it in Ctrl+N)
