Pycharm helpers

 Is there any simple way to force PyCharm to download the PyCharm Helpers?  I periodically have to rebuild the remote target system with the same name etc.  When I go to continue debugging on the "new" system PyCharm doesn't know to re-download the helpers.  The only fix I have found it so go to the interpreter settings and make it think I've changed something which then seems to trigger a download.  Seems like there should be some sort of automatic or manual way to cause the download even if PyCharm thinks it's still working with a remote host it already set up.
