How to change console encode(run tab)?

I'm using CLion 2017.2.2(30 days trial) and I have a problem with the console encode

the output isn't right.

I tried to change all file encoding configuration to IBM850(IBM850 is the currently Code Page in my cmd)  but didn't work on the console output(run tab)

It just worked on console debug(shift+F9)

so is it possible to change console encode(run tab)?
