How can I disable this annoying popup?

Is there an editor option to disable this popup?

There is a bug with how the popup works. It DOESN'T GO AWAY.
It fades away. Then I move the cursor, then it reappears. Then it fades away. When I move the cursor again, it pops up AGAIN.
