Issues with connecting to SyBase v16

I tried using the jTds plugin, both versions, but it failed, I tried using the native connection, but it won't even give me the option to test the connection.

I tried using a custom jar file from jTds but that didn't work either, any help would be appreciated 

Trying to return to original settings now fails on 'test connection' where as it didn't before
