openssl version 0.9.8zh always by default (MAC OSX 10.12.6)

IM using pycharm to code in python and im working with python 2 on my projects.my problem is that lately when im making requests to websites with https/TSL 1.2 i get urlopen erron!i dont remember how i fixed that issue before and im spending noe the 3rd day,looking to solve it.i had to unistall pycharm and install also python from the scratch!so actually my solution it will be to point the openssl updated 1.0.2l version in pycharm that for now is using my system default version 0.9.8zh.
