Intellij Idea Ultimate license issue

I've installed Intellij Idea Ultimate and selected trial. Now I have license, it appears in my account's information on your site. But when I try to register product have this error - No suitable licenses associated with account.
Could you, please, solve it asap?

Please make sure that you are using the license that covers the version you are trying to use. To check the latest version of your license, use the JetBrains Account website.

I have installed exactly the same version as my license has - 172.4343.14.
More over, after half hour since I posted issue here my license disappeared from JetBrains Account website and I had to activate it one more time. Still no luck with product registration.

Could you please send full idea.log ("Help | Show Log in...") after restarting IDEA and reproducing the issue to yaroslav.bedrov"at"gmail.com?
Are you sure that your email is correct? Gmail service declines my message.

Hi, I have Intellij ultimate edition company license...but when I entered that and selected "Test connection" and "Activate" option, it is not proceeding forward but saying Connectivity problem and my internet connection speed is more than enough. Till yesterday I was using the same without any issue....today I faced this major issue . I have even connected to vpn necessary for company usage but still issue exists and my license url is not been taken by te software. Please Help
