Student license renewal

Hi I have been using jetbrains products for last 1 year with student license. On 10th October 2017, my student licence expired and I got an email. I wanted to renew my license so I followed the license renewal link and applied. However, after clicking on apply button, the website stops working and shows me error saying "This page stops working". First I thought it might be internet issue but even though I tried on other connections, it says the same error. Can anyone help? Thank you
