pycharm Jupyter notebook fails to auto scroll down

When the command reach the bottom of the current window, the Jupyter notebook in browser will scroll down automatically, and the pycharm one will stay in the current position, and I need to scroll down manually to see those commands.

Did I get it right, that the problem occurs when you have too long output of the cell? If yes, then now in PyCharm we don't scroll to the end of output. You can create a feature request on our tracker: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com.
If it's another problem, please attach a screenshot.
