new features n PhpStorm 2017.2.4

Hello,

In new PhpStorm 2017.2.4 is there is a way:
1) to show name of the current php function in top toolbar? Seems in prior version there was such a feature, but in new I do not see.
2) It is cool to show parameter names for functions, like 3 parameter names for str_replace, but when is it by default it is too much.
Are there some options for this feature? Say show parameter names by some hot key?
