export to file code compatibility inspection report

Simply, I would like to generate a mini report stating:

when the report was run
what scope (i.e. file(s), project(s))
for which versions the code compatibility tests were performed for (e.g. 2.6, 2.7, 3.5, 3.6)
what IDE and version

Unless I am completely oblivious, I don't see an option to get that report from the IDE.
What I do get is a single line in a pop-up dialog saying:
"No suspicious code found. 1 files processed in 'Current File'."

Ok, great ... but it would be cool if I could output it as a report ... it does not have to be fancy, simple MD or just txt would be fine.
