Generate method below current method

Currently, when I generate a method (Show Intention Actions -> Create Function 'functionName' -> global) the method appears above the method in which I'm currentlly working instead of beneath it. As a result, every time I have to cut and paste the method to below my current method. I did some searching through the interface to see I could customize it, but didn't find any options to do so.

Does such an option exist?
