Jetbrains Student License transfer to different system

I have recently purchased a new laptop (windows) for my programming and GIS needs and want to migrate to it. Is it possible to transfer the student licenses I have for Pycharm to this new system? Cannot bear the idea of having to use IDLE to run 700 lines of code :(
