PyCharm EAP, where's the scientific mode...?

I'm running the very latest, PyCharm 2017.3 EAP on MacOS, where the supposedly new scientific mode should be included. I can't seem to find it anywhere though...
Is there a trick to enabling it?

Please try View | Scientific Mode. Does it work?
Nope, not a trace.
I'm not sure what edition you re using. I couldn't find it either as I'm using community edition and it looks like it is only available in Pro edition.
