Configuration Issues

Hi,

I'm a new user who recently coded a few times in Python and HTML using PyCharm. Over the weekend, there was a system refresh and after I restarted my computer, I received a notification regarding a configuration issue in PyCharm.

Could someone help me with this? When i clicked on the script parameters and interpreter options, the lists are blank.
