Intellij really slow

Hello everyone
When i open another program and then i go again into Intellij, Intellij dont responds. But after 20-30 seconds Intellij repsond and i can begin to work. The Ram and CPU is normal. I have uninstall all plugins but the problem still exists. What i can do ?
Intellij-Version: 2017.2.5
