Cannot show toolbar (macOS)

I have an issue with every IDE from JetBrains.

I can't see the menu on the top, I can't go to settings or even open a project. I attached a screenshot.

I'am using WebStorm 2017.2.5 with JetBrains Toolbox 1.6.2914
