Installation Problem

I downloaded the InteliJ and also the PyCharm and I'm facing the same problem in installing both the IDEs. After I select the folder in which I'd like to install and click next, there is no response in the window. Back, Next , Close none of the options work. I'm able to download other software from other websites smoothly .

Looks similar to https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-168582. Could you please wait for a little ( a minute or so) after selecting the folder to see if you can continue the installation process?
I have the same problem with the new 2020.3.1. For me it does not work, when i manually edit the "Destination Path" in the input field. When I use the "Browse" button to set the destination path it works.
