quickly change script in debug configurations

Is there a way to quickly change the script in debug configurations.  for example, if i'm debugging two scripts or two files, i constantly have to switch back and forth between them. it takes about 5 clicks of the button to change scripts.  If i could change scripts with the click of one button that would be great.
