horizontal scroll bar missing
yesterday i update webstorm to 2017.3 and noticing that horizontal scroll bar diapered. tried multiple options but couldn't see that again.
please suggest... thanks.

what OS are you on?
Mac OS.
What OSX version is it? Could you check a state of scrollbars in other applications? What is System Preferences / General / Show scroll bars value? Try setting them to "Always" - does it help? See https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-162269#comment=27-1645150
