Plans for supporting HTML/JS/CSS for plugin development?

Hi,

Is there any plan to support HTML/JS/CSS to develop UI of when developing plugins for IntelliJIDEA? Since we can use Web technologies to develop interactive and content rich UIs easily instead of using swing, will JetBrains support it in the future. Most of the modern Code editors like Atom, Visual Studio Code supports that.
