Bad rendering of fonts in subpixel antialiasing (Pycharm, IntellijIDEA...)

Hello,

I use the following fonts in Linux:

Inconsolata, Menlo for Powerline, Monaco for Powerline

These fonts have a poor display with subpixel antialiasing in the windows (10) version Pycharm 2017.3 and lower... (IDEA and other...):




What is the problem and how to solve it? I used font version (otf & ttf), no difference. In Linux, there are no such problems. 
On other computers with  windows 10 the same problem.
