I have asked several questions, two were unanswered, one did not give a working solution.
Does this forum even work? What's the point of this if JetBrains just leaves this unattended?
They should shut it down. It's MUCH better than leaving people anticipating answer and having false hopes.

To get an answer during 8 business hours please submit a request to Pycharm support: pycharm-support@jetbrains.com. Also you could file an issue directly to Pycharm bug tracker: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/PY.
Point is expecting another user to see your question and then help each other out. Aparently thats the only way to get issues solved on the jetbrains ecossystem.
