File history (local and SVN)

Is there a way to easily show the difference between the current file and their history (local and subversion)? I'm migrating from Netbeans and I liked very much this functionality: https://i.imgur.com/dovNQ8y.png

It's useful to show the difference between one commit and the previous one, all without changing to another screen or using any menu.
