PyCharm installation Anaconda

Hi all,

I'm getting ready to install PyCharm. I've had anaconda on my machine in the past(WIN10) and it screwed up my vanilla python on my pc(venv and pipi were really screwed up). I uninstalled anaconda and my vanilla python works great.

I would like to start using PyCharm in a development environment. 1. Do I need to uninstall my base vanilla python? 2. Do I need to do any installations of SCIPY, NUMPY, MATLAB for PyCharm?
