intellij 22021.2.2 vessels application produce isn't showing any profiles

My Intellij thought extreme v 2021.2.2 isn't showing any profile list while making another chalices project through the vessels application produce choice.

This delivers the implanted manufacturer to be pointless - you can't continue as the drop down is vacant, and nothing is selectable in the drop down.

I can anyway go to the vessels v5 application produce site, and create one from the site and afterward get the zip unload it and import it into Intellij which works

what's up with my Intellij design and how would I fix it ?
