PyCharm Window Not Appearing

When I run PyCharm either from "Program App" or from .py file on Desktop, the loading screen will appear, and then no other screen will come up.  I can then go to the dock and close the app by right clicking.  When I click on the icon on the dock, it highlights itself (implying that a window should be visible).  I have restarted, updated, and shut down my computer. 

I am running Windows 11 Home Version 22H2 on Dell XPS 15
