How to open the terminal not from the project?
Hello, I want to create the project using Angular or React. When I open the webstorm< I have only option: create a project or open the existing one. I want to open the terminal not opening the project, just to create the Angular/React project. How can I do it?

There is no such option; please vote for https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-277471/Add-Terminal-to-Welcome-Screen-when-no-projects-are-opened to get notified on any progress with this feature
Note that Angular and React projects can be created from the New project dialog (New Project tab on the Welcome screen)
