How to make action on save settings permanent?

Hi every time i creat a new project i have to change action on save setting manually to below. how cant make these settings permanent?

You can enable them for new projects in File > New projects Setup > Settings for New projects, Tools | Actions on Save - all new projects will be created with these settings

Unfortunately there is no Actions on Save under the path you provided

What IDE version do you work with? https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-283423/Actions-on-Save-add-ability-to-disable-enable-actions-via-File-Settings-for-New-Projects is fixed in 2022.3.3
