significant delay

Submit a bug, but ten seconds after I input the parameters, the IDE still prompts me for missing parameters, with a significant delay, resulting in the IDE being completely unavailable

Please check how it goes after you:

  1. Disable all custom plugins (Settings | Plugins | Installed | [Gear icon] | Disable All Downloaded Plugins) and restart the IDE
  2. Run through File | Invalidate Caches | Invalidate and Restart
