My Student email is blocked

Hello My JetBrains Product Pack for Students license is over but I am studying still. So I wanted to renew it. But I did not get any email to my student email address so I got my  GitHub Student Developer Pack with same student email and tried to renew my JetBrains Product Pack for Students license with  GitHub Student Developer Pack but it says Sorry, erdemoden@stu.aydin.edu.tr email address is blocked. Please use another email address. How can I solve it.
