Android application to Paycharm Not connecting need help

I composed a Programming interface with django and my Programming interface program turns out great. At the Sam's Club when I utilize the retrofit library to get data from the Programming interface running by Pycharm, I experience a blunder "Neglected to associate with/127.0.0.1:8000","Could not eliminate dir '/information/information/com.example.project_____uploadfile2/code_cache/.ll/': No such document or catalog".
