Lombok is breaking Inline hints of Code Vision

When I use Lombok annotation like @Getter or @Data, I lose "Usages" feature of Code vision:

When I remove Lombok annotation, everything goes back to normal:

This can be observed with IDEA 2023.1.3. Is there a way to fix this?

I am 100% sure usages worked with Lombok not so long ago.. but it was a different project so I am not sure it's an IDE bug. Maybe I need to fix my config somehow? I will appreciate any help.
