Freeze after last update

Hi all,
after last update 2023.2, install cython and language package, as usual. But now in random time have problem  pycharm freeze and window don`t active, other program works. I can just resize window. I can only kill process  and clean session
After restored 2023.1.4 probrem has gone

use Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS

Could you please submit a performance issue report to https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/py and provide the following data?

- logs from **Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data** after reproducing the issue
- Several thread dumps collected according to https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/206544899 using the `jstack` utility while IDE is being unresponsive
