Not able to use Balance In & Balance Out command of Emmet (plugin for HTML ..) inside intellij idea ultimate edition 

whereas I can use both the command in vscode

attaching below the screenshot of both

Please try Expand/Shrink selection commands (Ctrl+W / Ctrl+Shift+W in default keymap)
