Help me, please, every time I open intelliJ I have to activate the action save and checkstyle, but with each new project, intelliJ does not save the settings, every time I start a new project, I have to redo the same settings because he does not save.

Does it help if you activate the settings from `File | New Projects Setup | Settings for new projects`?
