Issues when creating / renaming / deleting files

I have strange issues:
1. when i creating file i see this error:
Yet the file is still created but the IDE is not open it immediately in my tabs.
2. When rename / create / delete file, the IDE is refresh the folder after a while.
for example, when i create migration in laravel i need to wait at least 1 minute to be able to open it in the tabs.
It`s make the work process very difficult..
My IDE version is 2023.2.1 RC, i already tried few versions, the problem is return every time, in the first install all working fine, but after a while problem is started.

Hello Eliran. Do I understand correctly that the problem occurs when working with the projects in the WSL? Please, check if the project files and IDE directories are added to the Windows Defender and your antivirus exclusions list - these Windows-specific applications could affect working with files.

I added the wsl path "\\wsl.localhost\Ubuntu\var\www\" completely to the anti-virus.
The defender is set to work with my anti-virus.
But i dont understand why the problem started few weeks ago, there was no change in my computer, only update of the IDE itself.
If you updated the IDE to the next major version (2023.1 to 2023.2, for example), the paths to the IDE configuration directories should be changed, and they should be added to the exclusions list again.
Please, let me know if adding directories to the exclusions list doesn't help. If so, please, also share the IDE logs (
Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data) via the JetBrains Uploads service and write here the ID you receive - it is needed to determine the cause of the issue.
