New UI 2023.2 does not run in WSL2

We tested the New UI in 2023.2 in WSL2 and the window buttons do not work properly. Switching it off again resolved the issue. 

- You cannot move your windows around on your screen
- Buttons are clickable but not on the location of the screen they appear to be. All plenty pixels off. 

For making intellij work on WSL2 we installed Gedit to enable all UI function necessary.
